At Montclair Kundalini Yoga, we believe that happiness is our birthright and our natural state of being. The problem is that sometimes life disrupts that natural state or our own minds run amok with stress and suffering. With simple yoga, breath, and meditative techniques, we can always recalibrate and return to joy -- return to ease. Some of us have gotten so used to stress as a baseline that we don't even remember that we ARE joy.
