Laughter Yoga - Laughter is perhaps the only exercise routine that helps to ease physical, mental and emotional stress all at the same time. In laughter yoga we combine laughter exercises with deep breathing, playfulness and movement to connect, unwind, and let go! We boost our joy, reduce our stress and we have fun.
