Montclair Public Library's Adult School Program presents, "How to be Happy: Ancient Wisdom and New Research.” Every human being wants to be happy, yet happiness eludes many of us. In this interactive session, we will explore the timeless wisdom of the great religious traditions as well as recent research for the insights, practices, and modes of self-understanding that promote happiness. Led by Patrick Manning, Seton Hall University, Assistant Professor of Pastoral Theology, Chair of Department of Pastoral Theology.
